Managing our sales operations, including:
Managing inbound lead flow using our sales CRM program
Making outbound calls to potential venues and following up on leads
Organizing the document flow between Wolt and merchants and ensure proper archiving of these documents at Wolt
Improving our sales process and assist in the implementation of identified solutions
Understanding what kind of portfolio Wolt Israel is building and identifying opportunities within portfolio - new potential venues that are good and the right fit for Wolt
Understanding venue performance to make independent decisions regarding new restaurants
Supporting our Restaurant Partnership Managers in the field

Demonstrable experience from a sales or customer service focused role
You are tech-savvy and a quick learner
Excellent communication skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience from within the restaurant industry is a plus
