What do I need to start working?

How much will I earn?
Your earnings depend on your vehicle type, working hours, number of completed deliveries, and distance. You can earn up to 500,000 KZT per month with us! The more you deliver — the more you earn.
Can you tell me more about the pay rates?
With Wolt, you’re paid for every completed delivery. You’ll see the exact pay for each order in the Wolt Partner app before accepting it. Your payout depends on various factors such as distance, weather, and logistics complexity.
What’s the work schedule like?
There’s no fixed schedule! Work today, take a break tomorrow, and come back when it suits you. As a courier partner, you can log in anytime and earn on your own terms. Just keep in mind — your income depends on how many deliveries you complete.
What are the steps in the application process?
After applying, you’ll receive an email at the address you used during registration — so don’t forget to check your inbox and spam folder. Once your information is submitted for the upcoming contract, you can choose a convenient date to pick up your equipment. After you’re fully equipped, we’ll activate your access — and you’re ready to start earning!
How do I receive orders?
All couriers work via the Wolt Partner app – we recommend downloading it right away! It lets you receive and accept orders, go online at any time, and track your earnings in real time. Order allocation is handled by our algorithm, which picks the most convenient orders for you — no waiting around or long drives. The app shows the exact addresses of restaurants and customers, plus route suggestions. If you ever need help, our support team is just a message away — and replies within minutes.
Who pays for the order?
Most Wolt orders are paid online. This means the customer has already paid when placing the order — all you have to do is pick it up and deliver. For cash orders, you’ll collect payment from the customer directly when handing over the order.
How are payments made?
Courier payments are made 4 times per month. Your earnings go straight to your bank card — no need to visit an office. Every week, the money arrives in your account.
Where will I be working?
Every city has a designated delivery zone. You can go online and start working from anywhere within that zone. But the closer you are to restaurant clusters, the better your chances of receiving frequent orders.
What will I be delivering?
90% of the time, it’s food — a small package that needs to be delivered to the customer. Each order has a number, so all you need to do is collect the right order and bring it to the listed address. Occasionally, you may also deliver from our shops — including groceries, flowers, cosmetics, and more.
