What is it and why is it needed?

We are introducing a small service fee for all delivery orders. It will be only 89 ₸ and you will see it while placing an order. Why is this necessary? This change will allow us to maintain and develop a high level of Wolt customer service in Kazakhstan. In particular, the small fee is aimed at improving the functionality of the application, providing better support service and high-quality payment processing, as well as ensuring reliable and fast delivery. Moreover, the innovations will help in launching new features and services inside our application – making the delivery of food, goods or products more accessible to each of our users. The change will only affect delivery orders. Working with couriers or restaurants/shops, as well as your takeaway orders will remain unchanged. How does it work? At the stage of placing an order, you will be shown both the cost of delivery and the service fee.
