We are pleased to present our new update: the long-awaited chat with courier feature! 🎉 Now you can communicate with our couriers directly in the Wolt app - this is convenient if you need to clarify the address, ask an urgent question or warn the courier about something important 🚙💬 To activate the new courier chat feature, simply update the Wolt app to the latest version. Chat with the courier is available when the partner courier has already picked up your order and is heading to you. If a partner courier delivers a previous order, the chat will be available after he/she completes this order. Just click on the “Chat with courier” button in the menu. Our couriers partners will be in touch to provide the best service and fast delivery 💙
