What is Wolt+?
Wolt+ is our monthly subscription service offering zero delivery fees on orders from eligible restaurants and stores – along with exclusive offers just for Wolt+ members.
How much is the subscription fee for Wolt+?
The monthly subscription fee in Kazakhstan is 1,199₸. The thinking behind the pricing is that after a couple of orders, Wolt+ pays for itself. Annual subscription is available with a 30% discount - only 9,990₸ for a full year of free delivery!
Which orders qualify for zero delivery fees?
Wolt+ orders have a maximum distance of 4km and minimum basket sizes for restaurants 2500₸, retailer 3000₸ and groceries 5000₸.
How do I know which stores and restaurants are part of Wolt+?
You can easily spot Wolt+ venues by looking out for the W+ icon on our app. Please reach out if we’re missing one of your favorite restaurants or stores!
Can I first try it out?
Absolutely! Wolt+ has a free trial period up to 30 days. If you cancel Wolt+ before the trial period ends, your card will not be charged.
How can I cancel Wolt+?
You can cancel the subscription from your Wolt profile. After clicking your profile icon, you’ll see a Wolt+ section from which you can manage your membership. If you face any issues, you can always reach out to our support that’s happy to help out 💙
