Change is a good thing! We’re excited to introduce a helpful new feature on Wolt: product substitutions from grocery stores 🛍 If an item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll replace it with a similar one — at no extra cost. You’ll only receive what you actually need! And if the replacement is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference ;) How does it work? 🤔 🛒 Choose your items from grocery stores 🛒 Proceed to checkout 🛒 At checkout, open “Product substitution preferences” 🛒 Select the items you want (or don’t want) to be substituted 🛒 Confirm your order! We’ll be at your door in about 60 minutes 🚙 If you don’t make a selection, we’ll assume all items can be substituted. We’ll always notify you if your order has been changed!
