How to pay in cash?

When placing your order, choose “Cash” in the “Payment” section.

As couriers are partners and registered legal entities, they are subject to taxes on received payments. That's why we recommend paying in cash only.

You can specify the amount you need change for in the “Notes for courier” section when confirming your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team for help reaching the courier.

You can also place your order using a cashless payment method. At checkout, select a saved card or add a new one in the “Payment” section. The app supports most major bank cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Paying via Kaspi Payments

You can pay via Kaspi app — the courier will share their ID upon delivery, and you can send the payment through the “Payments” section in the Kaspi app. How it works: - Open the Kaspi app - Go to "Payments" and search for Wol - Enter the courier's ID (they’ll provide it) - Enter the total amount and send the payment We also recommend linking a card in advance: Profile ➡️ Payment methods ➡️ Add a new card 📲
