Bionaturalis is organic apple cider vinegar. This vinegar has an acidity of 5%. It is produced through natural fermentation from carefully-selected apples. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. During production, while apple cider vinegar is made from apple wine, no other added sugar is used aside from what is excreted directly from the apples.
This vinegar with its fresh taste and natural aroma adds a perfect flavour to salads, sauces, and dressings. In addition, it is perfect for marinating steaks (it softens the meat). Suitable for use with water and honey (utilising 2 tbsp of vinegar, 1 glass of water, and half a teaspoon of honey). Vinegar is also used as a cosmetic product in body care regimes.
Our apple cider vinegar is unpasteurised and unfiltered, retaining the characteristics of a naturally fermented product. Unpasteurised vinegar has a cloudy appearance and may have naturally-occurring turbidity due to the natural biological process. These form the signs of further fermentation and testify that the vinegar is unpasteurised and of good quality. Shake well before use.
