The 516 has always been synonymous with Patrick Spiteri. He has used this number several times in various outlets he has managed and operated. It was now the time to add the word Bistro to this number to better define the outlet and the genuine food that is offered. At Bistro 516 you can choose from various starters, pasta (home-made or not), rice, meat, poultry, fish, and of course our salad counter offers a selection that you cannot resist. We can also serve mixed platters. Gluten-free or Vegeterian dishes are also available.
