Cibo Pizzeria is not your “typical” pizza place. While we love pizza, and it’s at the heart of what we do, we believe pizza can be done better. What makes Cibo different is that we create authentic Roman style pizza. Do you love a crust that is more like a thick boarder but still crunchy? There are only few pizzerias that do the pizza like this. In addition, Cibo Pizzeria is a perfect combination of our special wood burning oven, our talented Pizza chef’s recipes and authentic imported ingredients from Italy such as our tomato sauce, mozzarella fior di latte and mozzarella di bufala. If pizza’s not your thing, don’t worry. Cibo also features an abundant selection of tempting hot and cold appetizers, salads, our popular risotto’s and Ribs served with our exquisite home-made barbecue sauce.
