This is our very own home-made premium ice cream. We engaged a professor at the university of Wisconsin in the USA to make us our own unique formula to our specifications. The result is a much richer and creamier texture. We only use the finest milk, real cream and real fruit purees as ingredients in our ice cream, and we have opted to go with a much higher quality fat percent content than the normal fat percentage served in most gelatos here in Europe. This gives the ice cream more weight and density, with a smooth feel to the palate, and a satisfying lingering taste. We have only three flavours at the moment, but more will be added in time. Our scoops are larger than the average store, because you can never have too much ice cream. Plus we are keeping with the American theme of big is better!
