Suzi's Special Bagel

Suzi, the owner of The Bagel Hole, has had her fair share of bagels and puts all her favourite ingredients into her special. This bagel is filled with scallion cream cheese, potato and veg rosti, salsa verde, pickled cucumber and hot sauce. Add melted cheddar for extra cheesiness and bacon to satisfy your meat cravings.
