Compared to other existing alcohol-free beers, the Brussels brewery BBP brewed Pico Bello without using a dealcoholisation process. The brewers used a special strain of yeast during the brewing process, which produced "fruity esters" with a minimum of alcohol. This HazyIPA sour beer has a blond colour with golden and cloudy reflections and a very fine head. On the nose, the aromas are fruity with notes of lemon and citrus.
