Macerated for seven days using traditional and contemporary botanicals such as Japanese yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica root, coriander seed, and matcha. After maceration the gin is distilled without botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse. Then freshwater from their mountain source is added, which gives this gin its fresh taste.
