A Provence rosé but unusually made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, giving more intensity and texture than you’d expect from its pale cousins. Early harvesting gives a zingy streak of acidity that underpins delicate strawberry and cherry fruit, with a delicious creaminess that persists on the finish.
