Malma is a term native to Patagonia, meaning pride. Pride in the journey taken and in what has been accomplished. Bodega Malma, owned by the Viola family, pioneers in viticulture in San Patricio del Chañar, honors its name by filling us with pride with wines that reflect the terroir and the care put into them.
Fermentation in stainless steel for 20-22 days at a control temperature of 24-26 degrees Celsius. 4-6 months aging in oak barrels. Appearance is intense violet-red. Nose is full on red fruit, violets & floral aromas with good oak integration. On the palate, the wine has volume & intensity with mineral notes, freshness and a prolonged finish. Certified Vegan.
