Malma is a term native to Patagonia, meaning pride. Pride in the journey taken and in what has been accomplished. Bodega Malma, owned by the Viola family, pioneers in viticulture in San Patricio del Chañar, honors its name by filling us with pride with wines that reflect the terroir and the care put into them.
Fermentation in stainless steel for 14-16 days at a control temperature of 22-24 degrees Celsius. Appearance is medium intensity red. Nose is fresh, very fruit forward with mineral notes with lots of strawberry and cherry. On the palate, the same fruit with a medium body, vibrant acidity and good length. Certified Vegan.
