Excellent for a quick preparation of milk froth for cappuccino,
Café latte, hot chocolate, etc. Heat milk (ideally whole/semi-skimmed) to 60°c and pour it into a high narrow vessel. Submerge the whisk into the milk, turn it on and whisk until the froth becomes thick (15 to 20 seconds); turn the whisk off before removing it from the milk froth. Clean the stainless steel end under running water. Wipe the plastic handle with a moistened cloth. Do not wash in dishwasher. Requires 2 aa batteries – the batteries are not enclosed
