How to take it:
Take 1 daily intake. Add 1 measure of product with the dispenser, pour water or other liquid (approx. 250 ml) and shake. Do not exceed the recommended dose of 10g/day. Taking more than directed will not necessarily increase the benefits and could have unwanted side effects.
