Complex yet pleasant bitter. It’s made from a simple base spirit heavy with roasted malts.
Rested with local danish cherries for 6 months along with: Gentian root, orange peels, bitter orange, angelica, wormwood, juniper, lemon, turmeric and yarrow. Diluted and sweetened to our liking.
Big cherry flavour and chocolate-coffee-like malts goes hand in hand with lingering bitterness from the selected spices.
