Important Information About Your Order All our designs are made fresh to order. As such, please allow 60–80 minutes for preparation on regular days. During peak events like Valentine’s Day, preparation time may be longer. Due to the natural diversity of flowers, seasonal availability, and factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee an exact replica of the product image. However, our florists will ensure any substitutions are of equal value and maintain the intended design elements. Pots and wrapping may vary depending on availability, but they will complement the design and be of equal value to your order. A complimentary message is offered to every order, accommodating messages of up to 20 words. Messages exceeding this limit cannot be written. Messages must be in English or Maltese as they are handwritten. Cards for messages in other languages will not be included. Thank you for understanding and choosing us for your floral needs!
