Coca-Cola Football Watch Party Raffle Terms & Conditions 1. Introduction. By participating in the Coca-Cola Football Watch Party Raffle (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Organizer. The Contest is organized by Wolt Norway AS. 3. Eligibility. This competition is open to persons over 18 years of age, resident of Norway, and has a registered Wolt account. 4. Campaign Duration. The Contest begins on 29.06.2026 at 00:00 and ends on 13.07.2026 at 23:59 (the “Contest Period”). 5. How to Enter. To participate in the Contest, you need to: - Place and successfully complete at least one restaurant order on Wolt that includes a Coca-Cola product and use the promotion code FOTBALLFESTEN26 during the contest period. The promotion code must be added and used at payment (checkout). 6. Prizes. One VIP Table for 8 people at Fotballfesten (Kongens gate, 0153, Oslo) on the 19th of July 2026, from 14.00. The table includes Fastrack (entrance), and Banens Beste (Premium) Food & Drinks package (includes 8X Carlsberg, 2X white wine, 4X Popcorn, 2X water) and is worth NOK 4,200. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative compensation. 7. Selecting the Winner. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on or about 13.07.2026. The winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact details registered with Wolt within 3 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours of notification, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Wolt reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries. 8. How to Redeem the Prizes. The prize will be awarded and delivered on 16.07.2026 through an email with a QR code. 9. General Conditions. Wolt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, at any time upon written notice to the participants. If the Fotballfesten event is cancelled, postponed, materially changed, or becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Wolt's reasonable control, Wolt reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Wolt reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or who it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions. 10. Privacy. Wolt’s privacy statement available on wolt.com will govern any processing of your personal data in connection with this contest. 11. Governing Law. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent district courts of Norway. 12.
