Sushibar+Wine combines sustainable handmade sushi and Nordic design into an exciting experience. To minimize the waste and maximize the freshness we always make all our dishes to order. Sustainability and constant development are our guidelines in our work. We've been granted the MSC and ASC chain of custody certificates. We collaborate with WWF Norway too: We've designed the New Nordic set together and a part of the sales is directed to WWF Norway to the protection of marine life and sea areas. We pack our delivery and take away sushi into environmentally friendly take away packaging. We also compensate our carbon emissions fully through Southpole organization. Check detailed information on our fish and seafood underneath! Salmon - ASC certified or regular Norwegian farmed salmon. Approximately 85% of the salmon we use is ASC certified. When we cannot get certified salmon we use regular salmon instead. Please call the restaurant to check which salmon we have! Halibut - Global gap certification, on the green list of WWF fish guide. Tuna - MSC certified tuna. The availability of certified tuna is limited and we don't use non-certified tuna at all. If we've run out of tuna our kitchen replaces it with other fish. Scallop - MSC certified scallop. Tiger prawn - ASC certified tiger prawn. Ebi / Giant shrimp tail - ASC certified giant shrimp tail. Baltic herring - MSC certified Finnish Baltic herring.
