Caramel & Apricot
This is a washed Catuai from El Pantanal, the same one we got "Red Apple and Raisins" from.
This coffee was showing a lot of complexity if flavour from the very first test roast we did, just hours after roasting. Sweet and delicate, reminding of caramel and yellow stonefruit, developing into floral notes as it cooled down.
A great coffee for drinking anytime of the day, especially as a filter brew or a french press.
