In the heart of the city, we opened a small — but the bravest — buregdzinia in the world. Here, burek is measured not only by a piece and a gram, but by a story, a habit and a smile. We combine premium domestic ingredients with the best Italian ingredients to create flavors that were not available until yesterday: sweet, salty, lean and fatty varieties, limited series, seasonal fillings and collaborations with local cheese and meat masters. And all of that I mix and grind with the hands of a burek master. Every day we bring at least one new flavor — because we believe that the perfect burek is the one that surprises you.
