The vegan diet is still not widespread in Serbia, but this trend is inevitable for several reasons, and my desire is to teach my fellow citizens and others that food prepared on the basis of plant ingredients can be and is equally, if not tastier and more interesting. of traditionally prepared dishes, depending on the method of preparation and spices used. The word AHIMSA means "non-violence" in Sanskrit - the ancient Indian language. The atmosphere in and around our facility is always only positive, friendly and well-intentioned.
