Our dishes include original and authentic ingredients: Moba garden vegetables | Inhouse sourdough breads | Inhouse brioche pastry | Aged & cultured plant-based cheeses | Matured & smoked vegetables | Fermented food All Moba dishes are conceived in our own garden, where we carefully select seeds and grow varieties exclusively known for their taste. These are matched with our sourdough breads, plant-based cheeses, fermented goodness and other transformed ingredients. Umami is a common quality of most of the elements we use in Moba dishes, to bring unexpected complexity and fullness of flavor.
