How to tip after delivery?

Were you extremely satisfied with your order, or did you overwhelm your partner courier with a really big purchase from the store and would you like to repay them? Now you finally can! For some time now, you have been able to reward partner couriers with a tip when you create an order or when you collect it. However, a lot of our customers really like to give this reward only after they collect the order. While adding this feature was really challenging, you can now tip partner couriers up to 24 hours after the order has been picked, you just need to keep it active. And how do you do it? You can add a tip 24 hours after the order has been delivered, but only if you still have an active order rating and also if you have paid for the order with a credit card. Just open the app, click on the green icon on the top right - here you will find the order rating and the option to add a tip. Press "Rate order" and then "Add tip". You cannot change the amount you have selected retrospectively. Tipping is only available for orders paid by card and delivered by Wolt's partner courier. 🤗
