How does delivery work? 🛵

If you've read a bit about us in the welcome article, you know that Wolt specializes in food delivery (among other things) from the top restaurants in your area! 🍕 You can order via our app or on our website, click on what you'd like to order and then you're done! 👇🏼 To make sure your order is delivered safely, sometimes it's the restaurant & their staff who take care of it and in other cases it's our Wolt couriers, who deliver from selected restaurants only. 💙 When it's self-delivery (delivery by the restaurant) you can also check on the state of your order - you'll see an estimated delivery time first, then you'll receive a message when your goodies leave the venue, and finally, when the venue staff arrives with your order you'll get a phone call from them. 🚗 To make that happen, we have to provide your contact info and address to them, but don't worry, your privacy is safe and sound. 🙌 When it's Wolt delivery, you'll find all of the necessary information in the app, where you can check the status of your order in real time from the minute it leaves restaurant to the time it arrives to your doorstep. 😉 Before you order, make sure you've added your credit card to your profile, otherwise it won't work. We're constantly working on bringing you the option of cash payment as well. If you have any questions or you would need to change something in your order or delivery address, please contact the venue directly.
