What is a kebap? Kebap is the name of a dish made of grilled or spit-roasted meat. It is native to the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia. In our establishment, we grill meat skewered on a grill needle in a mixture of 70 % turkey and 30 % chicken. This tasty and lean meat of high quality is imported directly from Germany. Kebap is served in a bun or in a yufka (tortilla, flatbread), topped with yogurt dressing with fresh vegetables and Balkan cheese. The uniqueness of our meat and the special recipe for preparing yogurt dressings sets us apart from our competition, which makes us the leader on the market.
