What is a kebap? Kebap is the name of a dish made of grilled or spit-roasted meat. It is native to the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia. In our establishment, we grill meat skewered on a grill needle in a mixture of 70 % turkey and 30 % chicken. This tasty and lean meat of high quality is imported directly from Germany. Kebap is served in a bun or in a yufka (tortilla, flatbread), topped with yogurt dressing with fresh vegetables and Balkan cheese.
