Hyde #8 Stout Cask Finish Whiskey je trikrat destilirana mešanica 75 % žitnega in 25 % sladnega viskija. Žitni del je štiri leta zorel v sodih po burbonu, medtem ko je sladni del enako dolgo ležal v sodih po Oloroso Sherryju. Mešanico so nato za šest mesecev prestavili v sod, napolnjen s stoutom, ki je prišel iz mikropivovarne Cotton Ball. Rezultat tega izvrstnega recepta je viski, ki prekipeva od not kave in slada.
