“Merry Magic Moments” Terms & Conditions Introduction. By participating in the Merry Magic Moments (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Organizer. The Contest is organized by Wolt Sverige AB in partnership with Coca-Cola and McDonalds. Eligibility. This competition is open to all users who make a purchase at Wolt during the campaign period and add their contact details in the sign up form. Campaign Duration. The Contest begins on 16 December 2024 at 00:00 and ends on 5 January 2025 at 23:59 (the “Contest Period”). How to Enter. To participate in the Contest, you need to: Make a purchase at Wolt during the campaign period. Add your contact information in the sign up form. Prizes. 4 Coca-Cola Mini fridge (Value 1291 SEK), 3 Coca-Cola Jackets (Value 1014 SEK), 20 Coca-Cola Cap (90 SEK) Selecting the Winner. The winners will be selected by Wolt by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period on 7 January 2025. The winner will be notified by email and phone, using the contact details registered at the sign up form upon entry, within 30 days of the draw. Publicity. All participants have consent when signing up for the contest that the name of the winner will be announced on Wolt’s social media channels. How to Redeem the Prizes. The prices will be sent to the winner(s), or picked up by the winner at the Wolt Sweden office. The winner shall pay all taxes due upon receiving the prize if required by local tax legislation. Should Wolt be liable to pay any taxes on behalf of the winner, these will be calculated in addition to the prize amount, so that the amount received by the winner is the prize amount as stated in these Terms and Conditions. General Conditions. Wolt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, at any time upon written notice to the participants. Wolt reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or who it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions in a disruptive manner. Privacy. Wolt’s privacy statement available on wolt.com will govern any processing of your personal data in connection with this Contest. Governing Law. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent district courts of Sweden.
