🎁 How to participate?

1. Place 3 orders of at least 120,000 UZS each from participating venues in the Wolt Rewards section under the corresponding task. 2. After completing your orders, go to the Wolt Rewards page and click “Claim Reward.” 3. Once you’ve met the conditions, you’ll automatically join the giveaway — each additional order gives you another chance to win. 4. On December 29, a live stream will be held on the Wolt Uzbekistan Instagram page, where winners will be randomly selected and announced. 5. Please make sure your Wolt account has an active phone number linked — it will be needed for a call during the live stream. 📅 Promotion period: December 09 – December 28. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 👇 ◼ Introduction. By participating in the [Lucky orders] (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ◼ Organizer. The Promotion is organized by “Wolt Texnologiyalari” FE LLC, having its registered address at Labzak MFY, Labzak ko'chasi, 64а-uy, 100028, Toshkent Shahri, Shayxontohur Tumani, Uzbekistan (“Wolt”, “we”, or “us”). ◼ Eligibility. The Promotion is divided into four campaigns as shown below (each a “Campaign”). Each Campaign begins at 00:00 and ends at 23:59 on the indicated starting and ending dates (the “Campaign Period”). Each Campaign has its own eligibility criteria, prizes, and submissions. Submissions in one Campaign are not valid for any others. Submissions are made by placing orders on the Wolt service as further detailed below in Section 6. The Promotion is a sales promotion campaign and not a lottery. ◼ How to Enter. To participate in a Campaign, you need to place and complete orders of the required value (UZS 120,000 for each Campaign per order) and quantity (three orders for Campaign 1; four orders for Campaigns 2, 3 and 4) to meet the eligibility threshold during the corresponding Campaign Period. Meeting the minimum eligibility threshold counts as one submission in the Campaign. After meeting the minimum eligibility threshold, each subsequent order of any value counts as another submission. You may make as many submissions in each Campaign as you wish by placing subsequent orders. Cancelled or refunded orders do not count towards qualified submissions. Only delivery orders (not take away orders) are counted as qualified submissions. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. If for unforeseeable circumstances out of Wolt’s reasonable control the above prizes cannot be provided, Wolt reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of equal value. Wolt gives no warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding the prizes. ◼ Selecting the Winner. The winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period on the date following the end of each Campaign, unless that date is a public holiday, in which case the winners will be selected on the next possible working day. ◼ Giveaway: five winners in total: One winner will get one iPhone 17 Pro. Two winners will get iPhone 17 One winner will get one PlayStation 5 console. One winner will get one pair of AirPods Pro 3 headphones. If a winner cannot be reached during the winner draw conducted during an Instagram livestream hosted by Wolt after the end of each Campaign, or if the selected winner is unable or unwilling to collect the prize for whatever reason, Wolt reserves the right to draw a new winner for that prize. If a user wins a prize in a Campaign, the same user cannot win another prize in the same Campaign. Wolt’s decision on all matters relating to the selection of the winners, or any other matters related to the Promotion, are final and binding, and may not be appealed. ◼ Publicity. The winners of each Campaign will be contacted by phone by Wolt during an Instagram livestream hosted by Wolt on the day following the end date of that Campaign. The first names of the winners will be publicized during the livestream. ◼ How to Redeem the Prizes. Wolt will contact the winners to arrange for the pick-up of the prizes from Wolt premises in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The prizes will not be delivered and cannot be picked up from elsewhere. The winner shall pay all applicable taxes due upon receiving the prize if required by local tax legislation. ◼ General Conditions. Wolt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, at any time upon written notice to the participants. Wolt reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or who it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions in a disruptive manner. ◼ Privacy. Wolt’s privacy statement available here will govern any processing of your personal data in connection with this Promotion. ◼ Governing Law. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan.
