Make your own combo
Each of the main portions comes with: 1 Injera, tomato salad and korosho (crispy injera). We recommend: 1 main for small hunger plus 1- 3 side dishes/ condiments. 2 mains for medium hunger plus 1- 3 side dishes/ condiments. 3 for medium or big hunger plus 1- 3 side dishes/ condiments. You can choose the sauces to be placed on top of injera OR packed all individually in small take away dishes. Our injeras are made from a mix of teff, wheat and oat flour. Gluten-free injeras are available by request. Teff grain is naturally gluten-free.
