Coffea arabica / Kávécserje
The coffee plant coffee arabica is a rather rare sight inside your own place. Generally, coffee is known as ground or as roasted beans. Coffee arabica, which is usually from south-western Ethiopia, is the economically most important of around 60 species. It grows with a single stem as a young plant and gets bushier and bushier when it gets older and is cut accordingly. This plant has glossy dark green leaves that have ruffled edges. Held in a pot, it can reach heights up to 150cm.
Light: Keep in bright light, shaded from direct sun.
Water: Best to keep the soil moist but not soggy.
Temperature: Ideal temperatures are 16-24°C.
Size: ~205cm height, 12 cm diameter
