"Marlborough Sun" is one of the company's most popular lines. The line gained such fame, first of all, thanks to its very original labels, which resemble newspaper clippings from the “yellow press”. In 2009, the winery even won the top prize for the most creative wine label in a popular design competition in Australia.
"Marlborough Sun" Sauvignon Blanc Bubbles is a refreshing white sparkling wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the company's vineyards. The climate is sunny and quite warm. The soils are predominantly alluvial with large amounts of clay and gravel. The harvest is harvested when the berries reach the optimal level of ripeness at night. The berries are delivered to the winery as quickly as possible, where they are gently pressed. Contact with skins is minimal. The must undergoes fermentation in steel vats, traditional for white wines, which preserves freshness and varietal character. The finished wine is saturated with carbon dioxide to revitalize the taste and add an attractive shine.
