Crafted in the heart of the Barolo production area, Cantine del Borgo Reale is what you would expect from this kind of wine. After harvest the grapes undergo quality control, the stems are separated from the berries, following fermentation at a temperature of 24 and 26 °C. The yeasts used for this process are selected from the native stumps of Nebbiolo. Fermentation/ maceration lasts 18 to 22 days
