This month, we’re embracing the Norwegian winter with a burger full of comforting flavors! Our perfectly seared patty rests on a bed of winter slaw with mixed beetroot and cabbage, complemented by a roasted garlic mayo. It’s topped with Brunost, a chili-spiked lingonberry jam, Spekeskinke, and a creamy winter vegetable purée. This burger will embrace you like a warm hug on a cold, dark winter night.
