Why don’t I see all discounts or promotions? We regularly test different offers towards different customers to improve the experience for everyone. As a result, not all users will see the same promotions at the same time. Why didn’t I get a specific discount? Not every offer is available to all users. We sometimes show promotions to a limited number of users for a short time in order to improve the overall experience of our service. Am I being excluded based on personal characteristics? No. We never select who sees offers based on personal characteristics such as age, gender, or location. Our approach ensures a fair and unbiased experience for all users. Will I be eligible for future discounts? Yes. Offers change regularly and your eligibility may vary from one campaign to the next. Keep an eye out for new promotions in the app. Can I request to be included in an offer? Unfortunately, we’re not able to manually add users to specific promotions. But rest assured that everyone will receive offers over time.
