Šafránka Distillery je řemeslná palírna založená dvěma přáteli z Vinohrad. Destiláty připravují s vášní a respektem k surovinám – od ovocných pálenek po signature giny Ema a Lucie – vše pomalu, poctivě a osobně.

We work with grapes from several subregions of South Moravia, including Mikulov (Pálava) and Slovácko (Strážnice). We are currently featuring white wines from Pálava, a region with limestone soils and significant daily temperature fluctuations, which give the wines precision, structure, and clarity. In the cellar, we keep intervention to a minimum and do not use any added chemicals. Our goal is to capture the essence in the bottle—the character of the terroir and the work in the vineyard—without unnecessary modifications.

Enjoy our quality bulk wine in the comfort of your home. We offer draft wine (Moravian and imported) in practical packaging for delivery. Order some excellent cheeses and appetizers to go with it.
