WHY A BURGER FROM US? Let's start in sequence. We take matured organic beef from Czech Krušné Mountains, which we grind ourselves several times a day together with a piece of Iberian bacon. We knead and bake our milk buns according to our own recipe, at the end we spread them baked with clarified butter.
