GILDA is the name of a new gastro-project on the popular square Jiřího z Poděbrad. This concept focuses on the cuisine of northern Spain, specifically dishes called PINTXOS, which are characterized by various combinations of delicious canapes served on a white baguette and pierced with toothpicks. All pintxos will be unique thanks to carefully selected Spanish ingredients such as padron pepper with Jamón ibérico. The menu also includes a permanent selection of tapas, a wide selection of Spanish wines.
