We are ROZA. When it comes to suppliers, we prefer those we know personally and with whom we share the same outlook on ingredients and products. All our meats are aged and in the best condition for the grill. Our pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven and made from premium ingredients. And the pasta? We make it fresh ourselves, from Czech flour and eggs from the Šumava region!
