When is Wolt open? How to use promo code? What does a delivery actually cost? 🤔
The questions can be many and here we answer some of the most common! 👇 Wolt is a Helsinki-based technology company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered to you. Wolt’s mission is to make cities better places for customers, merchants and couriers alike. Wolt’s platform makes it easy for customers to order whatever they need on one app, for merchants to make additional sales, and for couriers to make meaningful earnings flexibly. To enable this, Wolt develops a wide range of technologies from local logistics to retail software and financial solutions, as well as operates its own grocery stores under the brand Wolt Market. Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. DoorDash operates in 27 countries today, 23 of which are with the Wolt product and brand. Below we’ve gathered some of the most commonly asked questions and answers in order to make you a Wolt expert! ⭐ 💬 When is Wolt open? Each city has different delivery hours. Please check our article "time and place" in the app for more information. Opening hours can vary between restaurants but you can see each restaurant's opening hours by pressing “More info” when visiting a restaurant’s profile! You may also choose to make an order up to a week in advance by scheduling it for later! 🥡 💬 How do the fees work? The total fee is composed from the delivery fee and service fee. The final delivery fee can vary, depending on distance, demand and other variables. If you want to spend less time thinking about delivery fees, try our subscription service Wolt+. You can check all the details in the link below. 💬 Where does Wolt deliver? You can check if our courier partners are able to deliver an order to your home by setting your delivery adrress. 💬 Can you leave my order at the door? Your order can be left at your door if you choose this option during ordering. Follow the order in the app and get the food at the door once you're notified that the order has been delivered. 💬 Which payment methods can I use? Currently you can pay by cash, use your credit card, Google Pay (Android) or Apple Pay (iOS) to pay at Wolt. We are currently working on integrating further payment methods. 💬 How do I update my delivery address? It’s important to make sure that your address and the instructions you’ve given us are correct and up to date. These help our courier when making the delivery. You can have multiple addresses and here’s how to go about it when changing them! - Go to your profile, “Me”. - Press “My Adresses” under your settings. - Add a new address or choose the one you’d like to use. - Write clear instructions and add relevant information in the field “Delivery Instructions”. - Press “Done” 💬 What the smallest basket value? A minimum order value is 140CZK. You can order for less but you then need to pay the difference so we recommend you to add an extra item instead! 🥤🍰 💬 How to use a code? A code can be activated in two ways! 💰 - Go to the bottom of the “Discovery” page and press “Redeem code”. - Press the “Me” icon and select “Enter promo code”. Then you just have to enter the code and press “Submit”. 💬 What's a referral code? A referral code is your own code that you share with your friends that are new to Wolt in order to grant you both free credits to use at Wolt. Go to your profile and press “Earn Wolt credits”. Here you can see and share your code! Your friend will receive 150CZK in Wolt credits to use for their first three delivery orders. When they get their first order delivered, your account will be automatically credited 50CZK to use for ordering food, and so on. The more friends you invite, the more credits you’re likely to get! 💪 💬 Can Wolt deliver to a park or a place without an exact address? Yes we can, just follow these short steps: 1. Choose what you're in the mood for, go to the checkout and choose “Wolt delivery”. 2. Press “Choose a delivery address” and “choose another address” from the scroll down menu. 3. Press “Add new address” and “Use a map to do this instead”. 4. Drag the pin to where you want your delivery!
