Introduction. By participating in the Wolt FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket Giveaway (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Organizer. The Contest is organized by the local Wolt entity in your country of registration (Wolt Danmark ApS in Denmark, Wolt Oy in Finland, or Wolt Norge AS in Norway). Eligibility. This competition is open to persons aged 18 or older who are residents of Denmark, Finland, or Norway and have a registered Wolt user account. Campaign Duration. The Contest begins on 02.04.2026 at 00:00 and ends on 19.04.2026 at 23:59 (the “Contest Period”). How to Enter. To participate in the Contest, you need to: Place and successfully complete at least one order on Wolt using the promo code VM26 if you're in Norway or FODBOLD26 in Denmark and MM26 if you're in Finland, during the Contest Period. Add the code at checkout. Prizes. There are three (3) First Prizes available in total, one (1) in each participating country. Each First Prize consists of two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match, including economy flights, one twin room for two nights in a hotel in the match city, return transfers between the airport and hotel (within the USA only), and transport on match day between the hotel and the stadium (“First Prize”). The prize cannot be transferred to third parties or exchanged for cash. In addition, 100 winners in each country will receive a EUR 10 voucher (or equivalent in local currency). Selecting the Winner. The winners will be determined by 21st of April 2026 by means of a random draw from among all entrants. The winners will be notified via email and/or phone number associated with their Wolt account within one week after the raffle has concluded. If selected as the First Prize winner, the winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification and claim the prize within three (3) calendar days of the prize notification in the manner specified in the prize notification. The First Prize can only be accepted if the winner and the winner's accompanying person are eligible to travel to and enter the USA and can present all required travel documentation and authorisations required for entry to the organiser by April 27, 2026. The First Prize can only be claimed by the winner with an accompanying person who is at least 18 years of age. In the event that the winner of the First Prize does not respond within the specified time frame, the organiser reserves the right to reallocate the prize. The winner selection will be conducted by the organiser’s partner agency THE.TEAM (SME Management EMEA Limited, 71-91,7th Floor Aldwych House, Aldwych, London, WC2B 4HN, United Kingdom). How to Redeem the Prizes. The prizes will be sent to the respective winner digitally. The bookings will be communicated via email, and the tickets will be shared digitally when the First Prize winner and guest arrive in the USA. The prizes may be subject to taxes, duties and/or reporting requirements under applicable laws. The winner is responsible for any such taxes, duties and charges, except where mandatory law requires Wolt (the local Wolt entity organizing the Contest in the winner’s country of registration) to report and/or pay amounts in connection with awarding the prize. Where required by law, Wolt may request information and documentation reasonably necessary to comply with tax and reporting obligations (including tax identification details). The winner agrees to cooperate with Wolt to facilitate any required compliance. General Conditions. Wolt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, at any time upon written notice to the participants. Wolt reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or who it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions in a disruptive manner. Privacy. The collection and processing of personal data for the purposes of conducting this prize draw is carried out by the Wolt entity in the campaign country (Finland, Norway, or Denmark). For the purpose of delivering the First Prize, the winner's personal data will be transferred to the following company: Octagon, 400 Atlantic Street, Stamford, CT 06901, USA. The winner's transferred data will be processed exclusively for this purpose and will not be passed on to third parties for other purposes. The organiser will take steps to ensure that the winners’ personal data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which they are processed. Participants have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of data processing and transferability, and objection in accordance with the general data protection regulation (GDPR). Corresponding requests should be addressed to the organiser at privacy@wolt.com. After the prize draw has ended and the prize has been processed, all data provided by participants for the prize draw will be deleted or blocked for the period specified by existing tax and commercial law retention periods. This does not apply to the master data of the participants' Wolt user accounts. Wolt’s privacy statement available on wolt.com/privacy will govern any processing of your personal data in connection with this contest. Governing Law. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the campaign country (Denmark, Finland or Norway, as applicable). Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent district courts of the same country. FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket and Stadium Terms. Winners and their guests (“Attendees”) agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) applicable to their Prize ticket(s) for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The Terms of Use, along with any other ticket terms and conditions, are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Tickets are intended solely for use by the Attendees and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the licence granted for the tickets. All FIFA World Cup 2026™ venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“Stadium Code of Conduct”), available on FIFA.com/tickets. Attendees are expected to respect other guests and event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent behavior. The Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines an Attendee has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions.
