Peeled yellow corn, YOKI, 500g bag. Canjica or Mungunzá is a Brazilian sweet dish, very popular at winter festivals (Festa Junina), which take place in Brazil in June. Yellow corn is cooked along with plain or coconut milk, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Other ingredients such as peanuts and sweetened condensed milk can be added to taste. A similar dish with cooked, sweet maize called "mazamorra" can be found in Colombia and other Latin American countries.
