Aroma: Enticing aromas of juicy ripe strawberry, white peach, passion fruit, and lemon peel.
Taste: Bone dry with a silky texture, featuring layers of white peach, cherry, tangerine, citrus, exotic spices, passion fruit, and mango. Finishes with white peach, dried mango, and white cherry, accented by honey and sage, and streaked with racy minerality.
Food Pairing: Enjoy chilled at 8°C as an aperitif or with grilled fish, shellfish, poultry, soft cheeses, salads, berries, stone fruits with fresh cream, Frito misto, or charcuterie.
