A relatively unknown and scarcely planted variety has become one of our signature wines. Yiannoudi is dry, full-bodied, and exhibits rich, dark fruit nose with the most intense flavour being laurel. Aged for a minimum of 14 months in French oak barrel with a bottle ageing potential of up to 15 years. Enjoyed at 16-18°C.
