Made by Bacilli, Yerba Maté is a traditional South American drink, but it is no wonder that it is popular in Europe as well. It contains a lot of antioxidants and has a positive effect on our energy and concentration. In our presentation, it has a maté refreshing sweet and sour taste and a pleasant earthy scent. We peel green leaves of organic Paraguayan holly and let it mature with a kombucha culture, we sweeten it again with apple juice.
